“Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band was not consciously on my ‘playlist’ during the past decades but connecting with and performing these songs now, makes it very clear that they did impact my memories, they do transport me back to an honest, organic kind of joy and ease. It’s a pleasure to be part of ATW helping the audience reconnect with those bookmarks in their lives too.”
Originally led toward acting from an early age, Cyndi Richards studied for 6 years at The Toronto School of Drama for stage, improv and radio technique. Her parents were huge influences as she was introduced to the entertainment business observing her father, Bill Richards, musical director and well known jazz and studio violinist on the Canadian music scene and her mother, Billie Mae Richards who created, within a lengthy career, the much loved voice of ‘Rudolph’ in the 1964 Christmas classic with Burl Ives. Cyndi brings her love of performing that’s in her DNA to ATW.
Cyndi is hired for session work in narrative and character voiceover plus as a background and lead vocalist. An example of clients she has worked with range from: African Lion Safari, Westjet, Dimpflimeier Bakery, Penn Centre and Lynden Park Malls, Gino’s Pizza, Ontario Place “The Buster and Billy Show”, TV and movie lead vocals, with live gigs on Breakfast TV and concert venues such as Molson Amphitheatre.

“I’m proud to be ‘A Hummin’ Bird’ that adds a little hummingbird colour to the audience-canvas that is - ATW”.
